OneSeason Decides to Hold Off on Team IPO Issuances…For Now
We are going to hold off issuing teams until we have more individual players available on the system. Teams will not display on the Upcoming IPO list but requests will continue to be tracked in order to gauge interest/demand.
Thanks,

When I first saw the Yankees were getting close, I was pretty excited of a Babe Ruth, Michael Jordan, type quality IPO coming out. Thinking more about it, and this announcement, I kind of….don’t care? I go back to the days when I traded baseball cards with my friends. We used the “team” cards as noisemakers for the spokes of our bikes. You couldn’t give the team cards away. This announcement is ironic as earlier today, I cancelled both of my requests for the Seahawks and the Mariners. I’m not confident that team SOIs will perform as well as people automatically think. As Rylin said earlier in the forums, What would you rather have, a BEAR SOI? Or a FORT (Matt Forte)?
Muttcope brings up a great point as well, “I know when i go to a game i cheer for the Twins, not the Mauer’s. I live and die with the Bears, not the Orton’s. I couldn’t care about Gaborik, but i do care about the Wild.”
Teams are not being REMOVED from OneSeason, only delayed. Time will tell how they perform!
