Agent Zero Example.

Thursday, January 14th, 2010

Hand over your badge and GUN,

I feel bad for the Washington Wizards organization.  After they collected a potential “Big 3″ with Butler, Jamison, and Arenas they looked like they could compete in the east for years to come.  But down falls Jamison…twice, Butler hurt, and then Arenas out with knee surgery for another year.  The team just could not stay healthy.  Then when all the pieces start to fall back into place Agent Zero strikes back.  Not with an All-Star season, but with a handgun in the locker room.  You think after Plaxico Burress guns wouldn’t be seen anywhere in public.  Well I’m right, this instance it was in the “team locker room”.  If I can’t draw a worse picture, how about Arenas making a mockery of the situation during pre-game warmups.  In a circle of his teammates he was shooting at them with finger guns.  Where do athletes fit in with the law?  They have this perceived aura that they are truly above the law or are they just not that smart?  Now I know a couple FSU safety’s have a second grade reading level, but I choose to believe that most of these players are level headed.  But it seems like the only news coming from these perceived “professionals” are breaking the law.  I hope that the Washington Wizards Organization, NBA, David Stern, and the authorities lay down the law on Arenas.  By laying a harsh sentence on him I strongly believe that these instances will go away and players will conduct themselves better, at least they do in NBA Live 2010.

Artest Admits Drinking Hennessey at Halftime (s)

Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009

OSN Note, We are currently trying to decide what is more shocking. Artest’s hair, the fact he was drinking Hennessey during games at halftime, or the author of this article’s last name is “skeets”.

Ron Artest admits he used to drink Hennessy at halftime

Leave it to Ron Artest(notes) to try and steal a little of Tiger Woods and Allen Iverson’s(notes) headline thunder.

In a lengthy and candid interview for the upcoming issue of Sporting News magazine, Artest — best known as the central figure in the infamous Malice at the Palace in Detroit — lets it fly, including a startling admission that he drank alcohol during games as a member of the Chicago Bulls.

“I used to drink Hennessy … at halftime,” said Artest, who played with the Bulls from 1999-2002 and now is with the Los Angeles Lakers. “I (kept it) in my locker. I’d just walk to the liquor store (near the stadium) and get it.”

Note: For those unfamiliar with the prestigious alcohol landscape, Hennessy is a brand of cognac, which is a French variety of brandy. It contains 40% alcohol, and is reportedly North Korean leader Kim Jong-il’s drink of choice. (Of course it is.)

Artest has said, and done, a lot of wild things over his career, but this “halftime Henny” revelation might be the most shocking one yet.

Is he admitting to being an alcoholic, but now, being older and more mature, recognizes the problem? Was he just a big kid thinking a little sip or two was all fun and games? Or, as can be the case with Ron-Ron sometimes, is he exaggerating the story to land bigger and bolder headlines?

I don’t know the answer, but let’s hope it’s something close to option one.

Artest speaks openly in the interview on many other sensitive topics, including his life as a St. John’s college basketball star (”I was a single pimp!”); his feeling towards The Brawl’s instigator Ben Wallace(notes) (”I’m always in the mood to fight him”); and his plans to become a professional boxer (”In four years, I’m going to try to have my first fight”).

Sharp is right: Ron should be obligated to give a feature-length interview at least once a month.

What a character.

FacePalmed News 11/19/09 with Your Host Iambp

Thursday, November 19th, 2009

So it is Thursday, you know what that means? It is time for another edition of FacePalmed News with iambp. I know I told you during the last edition that Tuesday was the day for FacePalmed News, but guess what, I can do whatever the fuck I want. Also, I am on vacation and felt like sitting by the pool.

Now, I am sure you are all anxiously awaiting me to FacePalm Mike, DJ, and the rest of the people who brought us OneSeason.com, but that is a softball. We have all torn them to pieces in the forums and will continue to do so. They definitely deserve to be FacePalmed, but they do not deserve to have a whole column dedicated to them. That is how much I think they suck.

So, with out further ado, this weeks FacePalmed award goes to Fox and TBS. The reason Fox and TBS are getting FacePalmed is because the geniuses in charge at these stations decided Wanda Sucks……I mean Wanda Sykes and George Lopez both deserve talk shows. I mean seriously how many shows do these two wannabe comedians have to have canceled before people in charge of TV stations realize they are not funny.

Here is a look at Wanda Sucks’ (which she will now be referred to as) stellar resume. She has been in such theatrical masterpieces as Pootie Tang, Nutty Professor II: The Klumps, and My Super Ex-Girlfriend. I don’t know about you guys, but these movies blow more asshole than DJ and Mike combined. Wanda Sucks also had her own TV show prior to this new shitpile the people at Fox want you to watch. How long did said show last? It lasted an entire nine episodes. You want to know why it only lasted nine episodes? It is probably because it was about as funny as the way DJ and Mike fucked all of us in the asshole sans lube. Would I know this show is not funny? Nope I would have no clue because I would rather watch a dog take a shit then this unfunny bitch try to be funny. As for her current talk show, I have about as much of a clue about it as Mike and DJ did when it came to running OneSeason. Fox, congratulations on receiving a prestigious FacePalm from iambp.

Now it’s time for me to tear apart TBS for giving another unfunny jerk a TV show. Seriously, TBS is it not bad enough you force a new Tyler Perry suck-ass show down your viewers throats every two months? I guess not. Because if you did want to retain the few viewers you do have, you would not be giving the unfunny asshole that is George Lopez a talk show. What the fuck is he going to talk to his guests about? The few times I have watched something he is on, I have not laughed. Actually, I have wanted to blow my own ear drums out so I did not have to listen to him any longer. I find DJ and Mike ass fucking without lube (no homo) funnier than George Lopez. All you need to know about George Lopez is he was a voice of a dog in Beverly Hills Chihuahua. Seriously, if you have to be a voice in Beverly Hills Chihuahua that means you suck at life and are a giant failbot. The surprising thing about George Lopez is that somehow the George Lopez show managed to last more seasons than OneSeason could last. Now what does that say about the guys in charge of OneSeason? Seriously, George Lopez can last longer than you guys and he sucks so much there is not even a word to define how much he sucks. I guess that means I am going to have to make up two new words. One for how much George Lopez sucks and another even more incredible word for how much you guys suck. Seriously, I do not have that much time. I guess all of my readers out there will have to help me out. I will work on a word for how much George Lopez sucks and you can all work on a word for how much the two ass-packers suck. Before I get too far off topic, I would like to congratulate TBS on receiving a prestigious FacePalm from iambp.

Until next time this has been iambp with another edition of FacePalmed News.

OSN Proudly Presents the 2009 Hammy Awards

Thursday, November 19th, 2009

Some of you might be wondering, what in the hell are the Hammy Awards? Well, Bullpup and myself got together and wanted to find a way to show our appriciation to all you loyal s.o.b’s. Came up with what we like to call, The Hammy Awards. If you are lucky enough to take down one of these truely remarkable honors, you’ll get yourself a $20 Visa Gift Card and a mini Hammy trophy to display with your username.

We are rolling out 2 catagories to start with. Dont you worry, there will be more..

Hammy Award #1

Funniest Moment of the Year - We already have a full thread dedicated to this. Pick your favorite and PM me or BP with your nominee. We will narrow it down to the top 4 before the winner is announced
the nominations are…

Tomarken- “OSN Legend Tomarken came up with several laughs for the community in the last year, but without a doubt, at the top of the list, was his digital short for OSN-TV

Tomarken put the entire community in stitches, and gasping for breath on this digital short. We hope to see more from Tomarken in 2010.

Bob Rafferty- “OSN Programmer, and CEO of OSN Telecom Administrations, Bob Rafferty absolutely floored the community when he called into OneSeasonTrader Radio. Bob had the premier IPO Alert tool in the business prior to OneSeasonTrader announcing their new pay service “OneSeasonText.com” Bob had been charging for his tool (), and donating the proceeds to charity. When OneSeasonTrader announced live on their radio show that they too were going to be offering a pay IPO alert to compete with Bob’s tool, and capture some of the dollars available in the IPO alert tool industry. Upon the announcement, Bob decided that everyone was going to start making tools, so Bob called in live, during the OneSeasonTrader.com radio show, and announced that he would be making his tool free again. The reaction at the time, was priceless and it created a ton of laughter/controversy. We know looking back, Knup is laughing, and we hope JC does too.

Timmy304- ‘Timmy Timmy Timmy. Better known around OSN as “MMmmmMmMmmgrrrablblblbaaahhh TIMMAH!” had been doing a phenomenal job in hosting Jewced-Up radio with surfingOneFour, when Jewcer decided to get a job bussing tables and couldn’t host himself anymore. Timmy, during one of the weeks, showed up shitfaced, laughing at everything, himself included, and proceeded to pass out in the middle of the show, leaving OneFour to figure out wtf was going on, and try to regain his composure and get the show back on track. Classic moment

BOBO- “Our favorite Hulkamaniac provided us with a CLASSIC moment in OSN history, and for sure a top moment of the year last year. OSN was doing a live chat with Mike Sroka, CEO of the now defunct “OneSeason.com”. The chat room had triple digit people in the chat (I think?) and it was a moderated chat with Mike Sroka. It was a very tense session for OSN Moderators and Bullpup, as they had not a lot of experience using the particular chat room software, and the moderators were doing everything they could to keep the chat organized and flowing well. Needless to say, the moderators were trying their hardest to keep the session informational, professional, and a medium that worked well, so the CEO of OneSeason would want to come back and do the chat session again in the future. After an hour or so, Bullpup decided to unmoderate the chat, and give everyone a chance to talk real time with Mike Sroka. The millisecond that the chat was released, and people were no longer moderated, and could type on the screen….flying ass animations came flying onto the screen courtesy of Bobo, making moderators irate, killing the professionalism that had been the goal, and looking back…giving us a top 5 laugh of the year. __________________

Oneseason is gone…. OneseasonNation is alive and strong. In just over a year OSN has become more than a place to talk about OS.  The Nation is about all that is fantasy sports, jokes, arcade games, and the new casino games. Moving forward OSN will continue to adapt to changes in the fantasy sports market. We will continue to find new ventures (fanduel.com) in the online fantasy world. We look forward to the adventures ahead and hope to grow as a community over the next year and beyond.

OneSeason Calls is Quits

Saturday, November 14th, 2009

OneSeason has tapped out, and announced the site is closing. What is next for E-Global Sports Network? News as we get more, as always!

We are disappointed to report the closure of OneSeason.com.

Cash balances in OneSeason accounts will be transferred to respective users by hard check mailed via U.S. Postal Service.  Reserved Cash and funds tied to fantasy games in progress have been released to Cash.  Please note that SOIs are virtual goods that existed only on OneSeason.com and therefore have been dissolved.

You can login to your account in order to view the transfer history but all other functionality on the site is now turned off.  If you have not received your check by Dec. 15th please shoot us a note.

This end of service may come as an unpleasant surprise and is certainly not the outcome we hoped to achieve.  Unfortunately we have not been able to create a sustainable business and do not have the resources to continue operating.

We hope that you enjoyed the service.  Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way and created such an amazing community of fans exploring new ways to enjoy sports.

Best Regards,

-Mike & The OneSeason Team

Tuesday 11/10/09 FacedPalmed News, with IamBP

Tuesday, November 10th, 2009

My calendar tells me it is Tuesday. That means two things. One is that I get to sit in class for four hours tonight while my professor professes from the largest soap box in the world for the entire time. The other, and more enjoyable thing is it is time for another edition of FacePalmed News.

This week I have decided to step out of the world of sports and step in to the realm of the OneSeasonNation. You may be asking yourself, “Yourself, my would IamBP ever think to FamePalm one of our own?” Well yourself, after some comments made in the chat box today I feel there is a great need for the world to know of the FacePalming transactions committed by OneSeasonNation’s own menoknow3.

One would have thought after losing his v-card and purchasing a house, the infamous menoknow3 would be on a proper course free of FacePalming behaviour. If you were one to assume this, you definitely made an ass out of you and me. Now you may be asking yourself, “Yourself, what did that character menoknow3 do now?” Well yourself, I will tell you what that character did. Menoknow3 was up at the crack of down today on a hunt for zhu zhu pet hamsters. Yes that’s right menoknow3 is back to ripping off parents and their children again. This time he is spending his days scouring the state of Wisconsin in an attempt to buy as many zhu zhu pet hamsters as possible.

Because of this transgression, menoknow3 consider yourself FacePalmed.

P.S. Get a real job

You????

You????

The next one in line is YOURS!

So, it’s that festive time of year: Movember! (Most people formerly know it as as the month of November). This glorious month is as simple as the ABCs: Autumn. Baseball. Cancer. Yeah, that’s right, Cancer.

Movember is a month long celebration of men’s health and an opportunity for all of us to help raise the public’s awareness about Prostate and Testicular cancer. It is a worldwide movement to raise money and awareness for cancer by growing a moustache for the entire month. A moustache, or Mo as it is referred to in certain parts of the world, is a badge of honor and courage to show your support for this great cause. (What the pink ribbon has become for breast cancer that is what the Mo is to men’s health).

OSN member Jpup has embarked on an epic mission of growing the dirtiest mustache that even a mother would be proud of. While he doesn’t want to pressure you to join his de facto club of rapists, he’d like you to read a little more about the cause, tell your friends about it, and even consider throwing a buck or two his way… http://us.movemberfoundation.com/ Thanks in advance for your generosity! http://us.movember.com/mospace/210715

Btw, before we return you to your regularly scheduled program, some facts to consider: Prostate and testicular cancer is something that affects us all. Testicular cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among men 18 to 35. What’s more, prostate cancer attacks 1 in every 6 men! That means that this can affect your brother, your son, your dad, your uncle, your nephew, your boyfriend, your cousin or heaven forbid, YOU. Below are the sites that sum up all the information….

Thank you in advance and Jpup will be sure to send in photos of his progress. His goal is to look nothing short of Hulk Hogan when he made his amazing comeback as Mr. America.

Take it easy and thank you again for your time and help!

OneSeasonPulse.com to Stop Maintaining Site

Thursday, October 22nd, 2009

OneSeasonPulse.com has notified folks via Twitter and their website today that they will no longer be maintaining and updating their site. IPO Alerts should continue to work normally, as long as nothing changes on the interface on OneSeason’s end. Here is the info straight from their site…

Shut Down Information

Unfortunately, OneSeason Pulse is shutting down. What does this mean for you? Well, hopefully nothing since the site should (hopefully) still carry on as expected. However, we will not be doing anymore active development or support for it. You should still get the free alerts, SOI price updates, and site alerts but instead of having someone to complain to when they don’t work, you just have to deal with it.

It’s been a great run but we need to refocus our energy and billable hours towards other projects. You can still drop us a line at support @ oneseasonpulse” or info @ oneseasonpulse and we’ll try our best to get back to you quickly.

Thanks and Happy Trading!

The OneSeason Pulse Team

OSN Wants You Danny Granger!

Monday, October 19th, 2009
OSN wants you Danny Granger!

OSN wants you Danny Granger!

The OSN community is making an effort to IPO the most fantasy relevant players. In doing so we asked for your votes to see who should be the next player released into the market. You responded and the answer is Danny Granger. The young forward from the Indiana Pacers averaged 25.8 ppg 5.1rpg and 1.45 bpg making him one of the most sought after players in any fantasy draft. Please help us in our efforts to get this guy in the open market. Vote him up!

OneSeason to perform another IPO Reset

Thursday, October 8th, 2009

OSN Member ASL06 reported to us today that OneSeason will be performing an IPO reset at the close of trading hours on Friday. Here is the official announcement. Kudos to OneSeason for keeping the IPO list in line with who active users want to see IPO’d. Kudos to ASL for the quick announcement as well in the OSN Forums. Maybe hook up ASL for his hard work with an IPO request for Mike Bibby? Ok, that’s stretching it, I know.

Mike Sroka Does a “Virtual” Sit Down Interview w/ Bullpup and Dancenham

Thursday, September 17th, 2009

OSN’s own Dancenham and BP did a “Virtual” Interview with Mike Sroka, CEO of E-Global Sports Network, and CEO of OneSeason.com to discuss the market, Vinny, splits, and more. It’s basically a Q&A session, but we tried to make it fun for OSN. We hope you enjoy!

Bullpup: Mike! Thanks for virtually sitting down with us today! It’s been some time since we’ve talked to you, How have you been? How have things been going for you guys?

Mike:  Thanks for having me guys!  Well, the Cubs are not going to make the playoffs and the Bears looked brutal last weekend but otherwise things are good.  It is great to be back in the fall sports season!

Dancenham: Yep, Fantasy Football is in full swing. Speaking of that, we’ve seen an interview with Ronnie Lott and now know has his own Fantasy Football advice site, ronnielottfantasyfootball.com. Have you been in contact with him recently? Is he more than just a name on the advisory board? Is there any involvement between his new site, and OneSeason?

Mike:  Ronnie is on our Advisory Board which meets about every 6 weeks and he has been great.  As you may know, he has strong relationships with the big networks, leagues and player associations.  He has also been involved with a number of start-up’s and is very knowledgeable about operating early-stage companies.  I think that the site you mentioned is actually part of CBS Sports which is one of the big networks that Ronnie has been working with.  He has also done a lot of stuff with Fox Sports.  We do not currently have any announcements relating to OneSeason working with the other companies that Ronnie is associated with.

Bullpup: Mike, regarding the social networking aspect that seems to be the phenomea of the internet lately…Heck, that term has even been used in a new Fosters Beer commercial, and we now know how australians do social networking…Do you guys run your own OneSeason twitter pages The NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB and onseasoncom ones? How about MySpace and Facebook?

Mike:  Boy are you right about the social networks growing like crazy.  Facebook is nearing 300 Million users and the highest growth has been occurring in the core Fantasy Sports demographic (30 – 55 year old Males).  We are managing all of our social media including the Facebook and Twitter pages here in our San Francisco office.

Dancenham: Mike speaking of facebook and things of that nature.. I know that creating a community via Facebook is one of your strategies right now. the only on-line community that i have ever been apart of is OSN.. no Facebook, no MySpace, noMatch.com.. For users that have been looking for a straight up sports based stock market like myself, should we be concerned about the current state of OneSeason?

Mike:  No, I don’t think you should be concerned.  We view Social Networks, Mobile devices, etc. as access points and distribution channels which are in no way mutually exclusive with a destination site or other 3rd party communities.  What I mean by this is that there are a ton of folks on Facebook and it is really easy and comfortable for them to interact there.  Mobile devices allow people to access functionality where they want, when they want it.  We are trying to get OneSeason out to as many people as possible in an efficient way and allow folks to participate from whatever community/platform they feel most comfortable.  Now, I notice you included Match.com in the question and I would add that you should be concerned if OneSeason ever offers dating features!

Bullpup: Well Hammy is getting married in less than a month, so I don’t think he’d have a use for that feature. Rockman though? I think he’d definitely benefit from some dating features on OneSeason. He has been trying for months to hook up w/ Slubs32 via the OSN forums…But also, with regards to facebook, we’ve seen a LOT of attention and focus being put on Vinny’s Sports Book recently. Is Vinny’s Sports Book, to you guys, a sizeable piece of the makeup of E-Global Sports Network? Or is it just for fun? It seems to me that looking at the 19,000,000 users monthly applications on facebook such as Mafia Wars has…Vinny has a huge profit potential for e-Global Sports network from the little free offers people fill out to get more chips.

Mike:  We built Vinny’s to create distribution for ourselves (OneSeason) and because we want it to exist.  It is a great way for us to develop a relationship with tons of sports fans (very targeted audience coming to us) and make them aware of the OneSeason services.  As a free service on a large social network it can grow like crazy organically which we have encouraged our users to help us seed and is also a lot of fun.

Bullpup: I gotcha, that makes sense, and to follow that up…is CRV’s investment we heard about months back..was that an investment in E-Global Sports Network? Meaning CRV has ties to Vinny as well? Or is CRV’s involvement only with theOneSeason.com site?

Mike: CRV’s investment is in E-Global Sports Network which is the owner and operator of our branded destination websiteOneSeason.com.  CRV shares our excitement for the opportunity in building text-based social games for sports fans and specifically the concept of a real-time trading system.

Bullpup: Also on this point…some folks are spending calculating commissions for OneSeason and saying there is no way OneSeason can survive on the revenue they are generating. Is OneSeason.com itself, just a small piece of the puzzle that makes up the e-global sports network? Is that situation like analyzing Fruit of the Loom and upon seeing that it’s generating no revenue, proclaim that Berkshire Hathaway will be bankrupt in a matter of days?

Mike:  I really don’t think it is appropriate for private companies to discuss the details of their financial operations but since the whole world seems to spend every day speculating on the financial viability of Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc. I will try to answer as best I can.  OneSeason is not currently operating profitably or at break even.  Very few start-up’s are able to achieve this in the first few years of operation if ever.  Unlike some of the companies mentioned above, OneSeason has had a revenue model from day 1 which has proven to be effective, the question is if we can create something that is compelling for a broad audience (Model + Scale = Success).

Dancenham: Mike, with regards to Fantasy Tycoons…Do you have any changes planned for the NFL version of Tycoons besides implementing position spots (if that’s even in the works). Right now it seems to be a little dry and there’s no incentive for me to play. Legends - if ya have an answer cool, if not no need to respond. Are we any closer to a Legend Based Tycoon Game?

Mike: Yes, we are working on some additional features to Fantasy Tycoons and think that being able to see other rosters and having cross-sport leagues are high priority.  Incorporating Legends into Fantasy games is quite difficult because there cannot be pay to play options due to legal constraints related to skill-based gaming.

Bullpup: We definitely need something for Legends. And how about teams? You mentioned a few months ago that we could expect teams to be coming back as available SOIs. Any more news on this topics? Are teams coming? Or are they on hold again?

Mike: We are still waiting to get more depth before moving into Teams or additional sports.  It seems like having more, closely comparable things is the most interesting rather than spraying wide and shallow.

Dancenham: I have a problem spraying wide and shallow often, but going back to E-Global Sports Network Besides the projects that we are currently aware of (OS, Vinny, Tycoons), are there any others in the works that would spark interest for your current user base?

Mike:  We really can’t talk about any potential future functionality but are working hard to build this company the best way we know how.

Bullpup: Alright, and speaking of the company, and the centerpiece of it all, the trading platform.. What about the market itself? We have lots of folks who have just become disheartened watching their values of their sportfolios dwindle, day by day. Someone pointed out recently that If you bought $2500 in OS SOI’s on 1/1/09, you’d have $1327 in SOI’s right now. If you did it on 1/14/09, you’d have $415. January 1st is coming, and deposits will be reset and some are on the fence as to why they would put in more money, considering the numbers we just heard. Could you give us some thoughts behind the markets performance this year so far, and what users should be paying attention to, or learning from this right now?

Mike:  For clarity, OneSeason is the platform.  We do not have any involvement in the price or movements of SOI’s.  When users achieve gains or losses that comes from other users and the ability to navigate a dynamic marketplace.  Additionally, OneSeason is built for fun and entertainment.  It is a place for sports fans to interact and express themselves as well as display their allegiances and sports knowledge.  Our hope is that it provides a LOT of hours of excitement and enjoyment connecting people with similar interests.

Dancenham: Mike we’ve also seen a lot of posting about reverse splits and There has been some grumbling about what actually triggers a r/s. Can you either deny or confirm the rumors that the algorithm behind splits has changed recently.

Mike: Splits and Reverse Splits allow the system to scale up and down as necessary to be appropriate given recent trading activity.  In order to prevent attempts to force these actions in situations where they may not have occurred naturally we moved to a system based on a SOI weighted average for a period of time (not specified) prior to closing.  With wide variances in trading volume, spreads in open orders, trading activity and the related flags we created for suspicious activity, we are constantly looking to improve our systems to best achieve the goals.  Splits and Reverse Splits do not change the percentage of ownership or Total Value so I’m not sure why some folks get excited about this.  If something is trading outside of the specified range $0.75 - $20.00 then it may get split or reverse split.

Bullpup: Confirm or Deny! Reminds me of that new PS3 commercial. I think we have several people saying what you just said about splits not mattering Mike, and others saying that reduced supply will help stabilize the market and find a true bottom. We’ll have follow up discussion on this from OSN for sure. Mike, where are we with the site being almost exactly a year old. Where is it now, from where you envisioned it when you created it? We know you mentioned a long time ago that the site was 25% complete, and you’ve also said that it will never be 100% complete. Where are we with it today, in the grand scheme of things?

Mike: It is crazy thinking back to October last year when we launched the site.  It seems like so much has happened since then but the time has flown by.  Since last fall we have gotten the platform stabilized, the user interface is much more intuitive, we have some great new applications and there is a whole ecosystem of 3rd party sites built around our start-up.  We still have plenty of work to do but there is a solid foundation in place.  Most importantly, we really need to improve the social nature of participation on the system and keep opening it up so other developers can build on top of it.  Finding creative ways to make people aware of our services and community as well as facilitating a great experience for both old pros and newbie’s is also top of mind.  We have a very small team and have bitten off quite a bit but I could not be prouder of the job everyone is doing and am excited to continue the adventure.

Dancenham: Mike, I have one more question..how concerned are you about state of mind for your current user base? Is it more of juggling around ideas to keep both new users and current users happy? Would you be concerned if all your current users just up’d and left?

Mike:  We want more than anything to create something that a lot of people like.  We have benefited from and appreciate all the feedback that we get.  The end of your question goes without saying, our success is measured by sports fans having fun.

Bullpup: We definitely are into having fun. Mike, thanks for your time today in doing a virtual sitdown w/ OSN. We appreciate the time out of your busy day. Tell DJ and the rest of the team hi for us.

Mike:  Thanks guys!  DJ said something about the Seahawks which always comes out my other ear as blah, blah, blah.  Talk to you soon!

Bullpup: The Bears suck. Thanks Mike!
